During the llth five-year plan, the construction of Beijing-Tianjin-Tanggu double-ring network and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei major ring network has been fully completed by North China Power Grid with UHV power grids as the leading ones and seven longitudinal and three latitudinal 500 kV transmission channels as the backbone, forming a power transmission structure featured with multiple channels, multiple transmission directions and multiple drop points. This has greatly improved the transmission capacity of power grids, the optimal allocation capability of resources and the ability of accidents surving. The North China Power Grid has made great contribution to the economic development and social progress of the capital of Beijing and the whole North China region. Also, it has successfully guaranteed the power supply for some major events, such as the Olympic Games of Beijing, the 60th anniversary of National Day and Shanghai World Expo.

系统以三维虚拟地球为展现平台,融合卫星遥感影像、高分辨航拍影像、数字地图和地面数字高程模型,辅以三维激光成像信息,能直观、立体、全方位的展现地理环境信息;实现了在虚拟平台上全局、真实再现华北电网的区域分布和运行环境。系统建立精确完备的输变电设备三维模型,构建插件式模块组件库,并与设备设计资料、台帐信息、状态监测信息、运行信息、检修试验信息等的深度融合,实现了设备的微观全景浏览。
The system is based on the presentation platform of three-dimensional virtual earth and integrates the technologies including satellite-based remote sensing image, high-resolution aerial image, digital map and terrestrial digital elevation model and is supported by the three-dimensional laser imaging information. It can present the geographic environmental information in a visualized, three-dimensional and all-round way, allowing reproduction of the regional distribution and operating environment of North China Power Grid on the virtual platform globally and veritably. The system can establish accurate and complete three-dimensional models of power transmission and transformation equipments, create modular component library and is deeply integrated with the equipment design information, accounting information, condition monitoring information, operating information, repair and test information, allowing for micro panoramic view of the equipments.
系统运用传感技术、智能混合组网信息传输技术,实现设备状态信息实时可视化监测。累计使用7类共计260台输电在线监测装置、4类共计53台变电在线监测装置。通过系统建设,建立分布式广域输变电设备状态监测数据传输体系结构,着重构建状态监测传感网络。先期已建成气象监测点与地区气象预报信息相融合的气象环境监测网,环境全面测量、重点区域动态监测的污秽度监测网以及覆盖设备本体、辅助设施、通道环境综合可视网。
The system utilizes the sensor technology, intelligent hybrid networking information transmission technology to enable visualized monitoring of equipment state information. In total, there are 260 online transmission monitoring devices classified into seven types and 53 online transformation monitoring devices classified into four types. The constrcution of the system allows establishment of a distributed wide-area power transmission and transformation equipment state monitoring data transfer structure system, focusing on creating a state monitoring sensing network. At earlier stage, we have established a meteorological environment monitoring network that integrates the meteorological monitoring points and the regional meteorological forecast information, a pollution monitoring network allowing full environmental measurement and dynamic monitoring of key areas as well as a visual comprehensive environment network covering the equipment proper, auxiliary facilities and accesses.

Through putting more efforts on analysis of assets performance, we can know the overall healthy level and operational risks of equipments more accurately and thoroughly.

The holographic remote diagnosis function of the system can fully utilize the video technology and virtual reality technology to expand the diagnosis dimensions of equipment defects and perfect the equipment state assessment method through the connection of online monitoring system and unfavorable working conditions, thereby achieving the holographic remote diagnosis of power transmission and transformation equipments. This can make the repair decisions more targeted enabling the assessment of real-time state during the whole life cycle of the equipments.

The system features the functions including the automatic location of range of faults, intelligent aided analysis on fault causes, rapid allocation of personnel, vehicles and materials. Through connecting the traveling wave ranging data, the system can rapidly locate the fault zone following a fault. By starting the auxiliary analysis module of fault causes, summarizing the information of fault zones as well as the inspection results of operators and maintenance personnel along the lines, it can locate the fault positions and the fault reasons. Under the emergency repair mode, the operation and maintenance teams, emergency repair screws, distribution of spare parts storage zones and vehicle states are clearly presented, achieving the central control of personnel, materials and vehicles.
