Zhongqi Holding Group Corporation Ltd., originally founded in September 1949 by the former Qingdao Jiaozhou Construction Group Ltd., is a large-scale enterprises group with development history of over 60 years. It was awarded with honors successively including National 1st May Labor Award, National Abiding by Contracts and Keeping Promises Enterprise, Advanced Enterprise in Shandong Province etc. The group is composed of Zhongqi Jiaojian Group, Zhongqi Kaijian Group and Zhongqi Shengjian Group, Zhongqi Overseas Group and Zhongqi Business Group, and mainly deals with financing, investment and investment management with its operation scope covering fields including construction industry, industry and the tertiary industry.

Zhongqi Jiaojian Group, the construction group affiliated to Zhongqi Holding Group and reorganized from former state-owned enterprise to shareholding system in September 1999, is a top-grade overall contracting enterprise of building engineering construction projects with an annual output value up to RMB 8 billion Yuan. It has the general contracting qualification of overall municipal and public construction projects, the professional contracting qualification of engineering construction including earthwork, decoration, steel structure, installation of electrical and mechanical equipment, building intellectualization, installation of fire-fighting equipment, installation of hoisting equipment, curtain wall building, metal windows and doors, landscaping, ground and foundation engineering etc., engineering design, foreign contracting projects as well as management right of labor service cooperation. It is composed of over ten house building companies and professional engineering companies including business in installation, municipal construction and equipment renting etc. and has contracting business in different cities in Shandong province, majority of provinces, municipal cities and autonomous regions in China including Jiangsu, Anhui, Ningxia, Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, Guizhou, Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Jilin, Hubei, Hunan and Xinjiang etc. as well as business in foreign countries. It constructed a series of medium-sized engineering projects in China including Century Plaza in Jiaozhou city, executive office building of Jiaozhou city, Xincheng Building No. 1 and No. 2 of Jiaozhou city, teaching buildings of Laoshan Campus of Ocean University of China, Hongtai Building of Qingdao city, Yinlian Building of Weifang city, residential building of Yujingdongfang of Rizhao city, Shenzhang New Town of Liaoning province, Mengdong Business Center of Tongliao city of Inner Mongolia, Wulan Mengdong Cement R&D Center of Tongliao city etc. and foreign contracting projects including Caliph Superior Villa in Abu Dhabi in UAE (United Arab Emirates), office building of Jabel Ali, super luxurious private residence in Kuwait etc. More than 60 state-level fine projects won honors of Luban Prize, National Quality Awards, National Construction Decoration Awards, China Municipal Golden Cup Prize, National Construction Safety Prize for Civilized Construction Site etc. and over 300 provincial-level excellent projects including Mount Tai Cup and Grassland Cup etc. were established. It won a number of honors and awards including National Advanced Construction Enterprise, National Excellent Construction Enterprise, Top 100 Enterprises in National Construction Industry, AAA Credit Enterprise of National Construction System, First Batch of National Scientific and Technological Innovation Construction Enterprises. Zhongqi Kaijian Group, the industrial group affiliated to Zhongqi Holding Group, was founded in August 2010 with an annual production value of RMB 3 billion Yuan. It governs Tongliao Aluminium Co., Ltd. Qingdao Commercial Concrete Co., Ltd. of Zhongqi Kaijian Group, Qingdao Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. of Zhongqi Kaijian Group, Qingdao Wood Industry Co., Ltd. of Zhongqi Kaijian Group, Zhongqi Kaijian Group Tongliao Commercial Concrete Co., Ltd. and Steel Structure Company, rare earth high-steel aluminium alloy cables project etc. and its business scope covers aluminium alloy extrusions, rare earth high-steel aluminium alloy cables, commercial concrete, safety electrical equipment, panel furniture, steel structure, mould production, power generation and heat supply etc. The industrial park of Zhongqi Kaijian Group was established in Qingdao Jiaozhou and it covers an area of over 220,000 m2 with construction areas of over 50,000 m2. Zhongqi Overseas Group, affiliated to Zhongqi Holding Group and founded in May 2012, is an enterprise group specialized in overseas development and construction. The main operation scope covers import and export of various goods, house building, road and bridge construction, planning and construction of buildings, rubber planting, forestry exploitation, wood processing, fishery breeding and cable production and processing etc. Construction projects mainly aim at the market in Southeast Asia; rubber and furniture mainly are exported to markets in China mainland. So far, Zhongqi Overseas Group is working on the construction project in Mondulkiri Province of Cambodia. It is a project with special permission to develop and operate with an area of 20,000 hectares and total investment of US$ 90 million; the above-ground resources are mainly high-quality wood with the main trees types of Balau, Khmer acid branch, Xylia, clone, Snowlau etc. Zhongqi Overseas Group continuously endeavors to establish international brand and image on the foothold of overseas market.
